At WP Spotlight we strive to make our customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any technical or setup issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please submit a forum post and our team will assist you right away.
Especially when the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional and you’ve posted a support post but your problem was not resolved. WP Spotlight offer a full or partial refund within 14 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. If you are not satisfied with WP Spotlight and our support team unable to solve the problem that we’ve promised, then you will get full refund. In this case, WP Spotlight has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Also, We refund is not applicable for discount products, upgrades or renewals.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account. The above notice, also, applies to the license of all of our Sign Up Plans. Please contact for Support if you need further information.

- If you ask for a refund, it will be processed as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask for the scope to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds will be applicable within 14 days of product purchasing date. After 14 days no refund will be provided.
- Refunds are not applicable for discount products, upgrades or renewals.
- We may refuse to refund those customers who misuse or misbehave with our products and services.
- Before purchasing products follow up all the necessary information. If a customer misses an important info and asks for a refund on the basis of this, the refund will not be applicable for the customer.
Price Changes
WP Spotlight reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Custom Project
If you purchase any Product which has Custom Pricing (Custom Project price agreed by both parties) that means you’ve made the confirmation of the project Price. Any Custom Project Price will be non-refundable. Any excuse for advance Project Payment will non-refundable. You’ve agreed on all terms with our Policy.
Warranty
WP Spotlight products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the WP Spotlight products (generally addons) is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and options configuration of the product within the latest stable WordPress version. WP Spotlight cannot and does not guarantee, compatibility with any 3rd party plugins – as there are simply too many addons, components, and plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the Themes and Plugins as we cannot guarantee WP Spotlight will work with all browser combinations. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you to own or purchase from their respective owners. All members have access to the forums. WP Spotlight does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer the questions. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
