Toggle Dark Mode
WP Spotlight offers a Dark Mode Toggle feature, allowing you to switch between dark and light themes for your WordPress dashboard. You’ll only have access to this feature if you have the WP Adminify plugin installed on your dashboard however. You can also set WP Spotlight to match your system’s theme for a seamless, visually consistent experience.
How to Toggle Dark Mode in WP Spotlight
Open WP Spotlight: Press the Spotlight Search key bind (default: Alt+S).
Access the Dark/Light Mode Option: In the WP Spotlight menu, scroll to the last option, labeled Dark/Light Mode.
Choose Your Preferred Theme:
Dark Mode: Enables dark mode for your dashboard.
Light Mode: Switches your dashboard to light mode.
System: Sets WP Spotlight to automatically match the theme of your operating system. If your system theme is dark, WP Spotlight will toggle to dark mode, and if your system theme is light, WP Spotlight will toggle to light mode.
NOTE: Due to this feature having a plugin dependency on WP Adminify we have not provided any default key bind for this feature. You can set whatever custom key bind (up to 4 key combinations) after installation.
